Assalamulaikum…
I like star, ya so much! Do you
know star? I believe that you know. Star is a thing ‘kelap-kelip’ at night in
the sky ^_^ I don’t know why, I’m so happy if I look so much stars and the full
moon. Its beautiful! Seriously! 
And how about the function of the stars? Just for decorate the sky? Of course, but not just it. Allah SWT make all things certainly there must be a function. Right?
Okey,
in this articles I will explain the function of the stars.
Lets
read Surah of al-mulk Ayah 5 below :
وَلَقَدْ زَيَّنَّا السَّمَآءَ الدُّنْيَا
بِمَصَابِيحَ وَجَعَلْنَاهَا رُجُومًا لِّلشَّيَاطِينِ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لَهُمْ
عَذَابَ السَّعِيرِ
In
Bahasa :
“Sesungguhnya
Kami telah menghiasi langit yang dekat dengan bintang-bintang dan Kami jadikan
bintang-bintang itu alat-alat pelempar syaitan, dan Kami sediakan bagi mereka
siksa neraka yang menyala-nyala”
In
English :
“And
indeed We have adorned the nearest heaven with lamps, and We have made such
lamps (as) missiles to drive away the Shayatin (devils), and have
prepared for them the torment of the blazing Fire”
Besides for light the sky and decorate the sky, the stars also has the function
to drive away the Shayatin (devils). Subhanallah…
And the last function of the stars are as a direction's device such
constellations star a guide for fishermen.

? :D jadi ada 3 fungsi bintang : 1. menerangi dan menghias langit 2. sebagai
alat pelempar setan (yang hendak mencari berita di langit) 3. sebagai alat
penunjuk arah seperti rasi bintang untuk para nelayan.
